Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

  • For a refund all returns must be received within 14 days of delivery date. All refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment only. If you would like a return label we are happy to send you one. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. After the 14 day window, you can return for a store credit which can be redeemed online.

  • Yes, at checkout there will be a pick up in-store option with our address and store hours. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and then an additional email once your order is received,  packed, and ready for pick up.

  • We’re sorry! Rowen does not currently have an exchange service. Need a different size? We know this can be an inconvenience but we promise to get the right size to you ASAP. Please return your item as normal and repurchase your new size! We will issue your refund for the original order as soon as we receive it and make sure your new item goes out quickly!

  • Your item will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us during store hours at 484-270-8572.

  • Your e-gift card will show up in the recipient's inbox within 30 minutes of purchase.

  • E-Gift cards are valid online only! They do not expire.

  • Physical gift card during store hours your gift card will be wrapped and ready for pick up within 1-2 hours. You will receive a follow up email when your order is ready for pick-up. Need it even faster? Give us a call after the order is placed, 484-270-8572. If you place your order after store hours please give us 1-2 business days to complete.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS.

  • Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

    All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following the day.

  • We offer a flat rate of $8.99 + $1.00 for every additional item
